The notarisation of processes is a central part of our work. We notarise signatures and true copies, we issue official extracts from public registers and prepare notarised documents.

 We also carry out auctions, voluntary auctions of real estate, draws and protests of bills. By creating enforceable legal titles, we ensure the unequivocal and binding enforcement of claims and rights.

Real-Estate Law

Real-estate law is one of our main areas of expertise. No matter whether it is about purchase contracts, gifting, development projects or the acquisition of condominium ownership – we will be your reliable support in all real-estate transactions.

This includes escrow transaction management, the process of converting tenancies into condominiums, agreements governing easements, entries in the Land Register and the self-calculation of taxes. We ensure clarity and legal security.

Personal Provision for the Future

By assisting you in drawing up living wills, adult guardian directives, powers of attorney in the event of incapacity or other forms of advance directives for your representation, we can help you cast your wishes in a legal framework.

We take care of registering these directives in the Austrian Central Register of Representatives (Österreichisches Zentrales Vertretungsverzeichnis, ÖZVV) or the Austrian Register of Living Wills (Patientenverfügungsregister). Thus, we ensure that your decisions will be observed in the future and implemented if and when needed.

Law of Succession (Probate)

Our support in this context includes last wills, inheritance contracts or contractual waivers of statutory portions of an estate.

We will also keep your last will and testament in deposit, have it entered in the Austrian Central Register of Wills (Zentrales Testamentsregister) and manage probate proceedings.

Corporate Law and Foundation Law

We assist business enterprises in all legal aspects from formation to drawing up articles of association and to conversion to another legal form. We will support you as you form a partnership, limited-liability company, stock corporation or flexible company (FlexCo) or as you establish a private foundation, for which your will require a foundation deed.

Moreover, our expertise includes transfers of business ownership, sales of shares, assignment agreements, proceedings before the Commercial Register as well as registrations in the Commercial Register, as well as proceedings and business registrations under trade law. We provide access to the Commercial Register, and we issue and notarise extracts from the Commercial Register. This way, you can be sure that your business structures are legally sound and transparent.
